Working on Bill's Kids Notecards

Today is one of those days that's there's not a lot to say. I've been working on the notecards for Bill's Kids. Below is the write-up in my last newsletter.

The Forest's Edge, Ltd. will continue this year to sell its train notecards to benefit Bill's Kids. Each card sells for $5 and the entire amount will be donated to the organization. To purchase a train notecard, stop by the studio at 427 E. Colorado Avenue or email me at dusty@tfe-ltd.com .

Bill Hyer, a former Cottonwood artist, died during the month of December. He had a heart for homeless teenagers, especially for youngsters that traveled by train. Bill's Kids has been formed to carry on Bill's work. To learn more about Bill, visit his website.

The cards will be available this Friday at Purple Mountain Coffee and Kreuser Gallery during their Grand Opening from 5:30-8:30p. It's located at 218 W Colorado Avenue (under the Colorado Bridge in the old Smokebrush space).

Bill's Kids will be collecting items (coats, gloves, hats, etc...) and also selling coffee. 30% of Bill's Kids coffee sales will be donated to Urban Peak.
